Samuel Barbosa Ramos, Exchange Student, Faculty of Economics, Brazil

Q: Why did you choose to study abroad as an exchange student?
A: I hoped to gain personal growth through my experience as an exchange student, while simultaneously immersing myself in another society, culture, and set of customs. It's a rich experience that offers opportunities for personal development, as well as a chance to enhance my English skills and potentially learn a new language.

Q: What is the most impressive activity you have participated in at CNU?
A: One standout memory is a picnic with friends on the athletic field beside the running track. The weather was perfect, and the atmosphere was vibrant. It was heartwarming to see many people enjoying the evening with loved ones without worrying about safety on their way home. Plus, indulging in fried chicken and ice cream from the 24-hour store made it even better.

Q: What classes or school activities would you recommend to future exchange students?
A: I would advise them not to hesitate to take classes on Korean culture and language. It's a unique opportunity to learn from the Korean perspective and correlate that knowledge with our daily lives as exchange students.
